Positive: Nettes Appartement mit top Aussicht direkt aufs Fjord. Wir hatten das Glück vom Balkon die Nordlichter zu beobachten. Das Appartement ist hübsch eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Jesper von BnB hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Overall, our stay was disappointing—overpriced, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. Negative: We were not satisfied with our choice of accommodation. First, it was not worth the price. I expected a luxurious apartment, as shown in the photos, but in reality, it was a very basic space with an unpleasant smell. The entire apartment had an odd odor, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the sleeping arrangements were disappointing. The bed in the bedroom was too small for two people, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Given the price we paid, I expected something better than a hotel, but it fell short of expectations. The location was also not ideal. It wasn’t very close to the city center, and we often had to take a taxi back, especially in cold weather. Finding the keys was another challenge. Even though we had a photo, the instructions were misleading. They said the keys were to the left of the door, but in reality, they were in the bicycle area. Even when I asked people nearby, no one could help. Another major issue was the lack of WiFi information. There was no WiFi password provided in the room, and since I didn’t have internet access, I couldn’t check the booking platform for details. Lastly, the messages regarding check-out, and cleaning fees were overwhelming and stressful. Instead of a smooth experience, everything felt complicated and poorly communicated. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this stay.
