Positive: Nice apartment, very good localization. Comfortable and cozy with everything you need for a short or long stay.
Negative: The street can be noisy in the night as there is night clubs quite nearby.

Positive: Perfect location for exploring the city. Supermarket is just right across and the main pedestrian strip is just a few minutes walk away. Cosy and clean. Everything's perfect.
